I went by the Richards Street site where I had the shop for the past twenty years.
It’s about half demolished: looks a little sad and makes me feel a bit nostalgic.
I guess there ain’t no stoppin’ progress!
We have CNC turning capability with our Prodigy gang chucker with C axis
Maximum capacity is 1″ diameter x 4″ long.
We have laser welding capability with our Rofin-Baasel glovebox laser welder
Maximum capacity is 6″ x 6″ x 4″ tall..
We have plastic routing capability with our Defiance VMC.
Maximum capacity is 12″ x 7″ x 5″ tall.
We have sinker EDM capability with our Hansved CNC sinker EDM.
This machine is equipped with a Rotobore enabling precision holemaking.
Maximum capacity is 12″ x 8″ x 6″ tall..
We have wire EDM capability with our Chmer wire EDM.
This machine is equipped with a rotary B axis enabling highly complex wire EDM cutting.
Maximum capacity is 14″ x 9″ x 8″ tall.
The rotary B axis can accept work up to 5″ diameter and 8″ long.
We have surface grinding capability with our Kent surface grinder.
The machine is equipped with both a Diaform and an Optidress for precision form grinding.
It also is capable of limited cylindrical grinding.

Cylindrical grinding up to 3″ diameter x 6″ long.
We have manual milling capability with our Bridgeport style turret mill.
Maximum capacity is 32″ x 12″ x 12″ tall.
We have CNC milling capability with our Haas Minimill.
