Implant Mechanix Inc builds injection molds for plastics, rubber and metal.  We build to a high standard of quality and have over 30 years experience.  Our size capacity is up to 10″ x 12″ mold sets, so we are capable of making molds for parts less than 6″ in the largest dimension.  We build both prototype and fully hardened production molds.  We are also very well equipped to do mold repair and restoration; we have one of the few laser welders set up for mold welding on the west coast, and we have the experience to do high quality repairs, from welding alone to complete mold refurbishment.
